- The vision/future shape of the business is unclear
- We're competing in a heavily commoditised market and my team struggle to stand out
- We're suffering from wafer-thin product margins
- My sales team are all over the place (the herding cats problem)
- There's just not enough time to get everything done
- We're suffering from a lack of product innovation in the business
- My sales team aren't as good as I am and whatever I do doesn't seem to give them the skills they need
